The BV12OPL-14 Plastrulon Lined Ball Valve is designed to withstand the most aggressive chemical process conditionsThe valve is internally lined with plastrulon, a high-performance fluoropolymer with excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is the valve of choice in industries processing hazardous fluids, such as chemical manufacture, pharmaceutical processing, pulp & paper, and wastewater treatment.

Unlike standard valves that easily corrode when exposed to aggressive media, the BV12OPL-14 is constructed with full-body lining and PTFE encapsulated components so that no metal comes into contact with the fluid. This not only prevents corrosion but also extends valve life, minimizes maintenance needs, and ensures stable, leak-free operation.
