Description
BV45TRN-100 Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is a high-performance industrial valve for high-pressure, high-temperature service where reliability, safety, and durability are most critical. Featuring a fixed trunnion support system designed into this valve, low operating torque and high sealing performance in both upstream and downstream pressure are assured.
Developed for rigorous service applications such as oil and gas, LNG, refining, chemical processing, and power generation, the BV45TRN-100 is ideal for double block and bleed (DBB) applications. DBB capability ensures safe isolation and safe depressurization and is a critical safety component in pipeline systems.
With the forged carbon steel or stainless steel valve body, it withstands corrosive process fluids and severe conditions. The internal ball is 316 stainless steel or ENP-coated, and seat materials range from PTFE and RPTFE to optional metal seating for high-temperature or abrasive media handling. Fire-safe to API 6FA, the anti-static and blowout-proof stem ensures operator and equipment safety.
The BV45TRN-100 is a full bore operated valve, providing unrestricted flow and minimizing pressure drop. The valve is available in sizes ranging from 2″ to 24″ and ANSI pressure ratings of Class 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1500. End connection types of flanged (RF/RTJ) and butt weld are available to accommodate various piping standards.
